Cargill Steel sales representatives are responsible for building and maintaining profitable customer-solutions relationships through competitive pricing, delivery of high-quality products, and excellent sales service which makes our customers our partners.

We are seeking people with a strong interest in industrial sales who can develop and maintain effective business relationships with established customers and suppliers as well as attract new customers through value-adding sales service. Sales representatives must develop extensive knowledge of customer needs and link our products, production processes, product delivery and sales service to create customer solutions which distinguish Cargill Steel from our competitors. To deliver total customer service, our sales representatives must team effectively with other Cargill Steel employees involved in production, sales, delivery, and sales administration. Initial assignment could be at any of our six steel service center locations or international trading offices. Applicants must be open to relocation for career growth.

Qualifications:
These positions require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organization skills, and high skill in attention to detail. Applicants should hold bachelors degree in business, economics, or related field and have solid basic-proficiency in computer word-processing and spreadsheet applications.
